சென்னை கிண்டியில் உள்ள ஆளுநர் மாளிகை நுழைவாயில் முன்பு 2023 அக்டோபர் 25 அன்று பெட்ரோல் குண்டுகள் வீசப்பட்ட சம்பவம், அப்போது பெரும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியது. பெட்ரோல் குண்டு வீசிய ரௌடி `கருக்கா' வினோத் (42) காவல்துறையால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டார். இதையடுத்து மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகம் இந்த வழக்கை என்ஐஏ விசாரிக்க வேண்டும் எனப் பரிந்துரைத்தது. அதன் அடிப்படையில் கருக்கா வினோத் மீது கூட்டுச்சதி உள்ளிட்ட 3 பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் வழக்குப்பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டது. கருக்கா வினோத் இந்த வழக்கு விசாரணையை முடித்த என்ஐஏ, 680 பக்க குற்றப் பத்திரிகையை பூவிருந்தவல்லி நீதிமன்றத்தில் தாக்கல் செய்தது. அதன் அடிப்படையில் வழக்கு விசாரணை நடந்துவந்தது. இதற்கிடையில், நீதிபதிகளை நோக்கி கருக்கா வினோத் காலணியை வீசிய சம்பவமும் பேசுபொருளானது. இந்த வழக்கு விசாரணை தொடர்ந்து நடைபெற்று வந்த நிலையில் பூவிருந்தவல்லி என்.ஐ.ஏ நீதிமன்றம் இன்று தீர்ப்பு வழங்கியிருக்கிறது. Mumbai: Integrated marketing services provider R K SWAMY Limited reported a strong financial performance for the second quarter and first half of FY26, driven by consistent client retention and growing traction across new service verticals. For the half year ended September 30, 2025 , the company posted consolidated revenue of ₹156.63 crore , up 12.2% from ₹139.63 crore in the corresponding period last year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose 27.9% to ₹6.73 crore compared to ₹5.26 crore a year ago, reflecting improved operational efficiency and a balanced growth across business lines. 72% of marketers plan to apply AI in more ways over the next 12 months: MiQ Report

Mumbai: Artificial intelligence continues to reshape the advertising landscape, driving efficiencies across media planning, creative optimization, and audience engagement. However, while adoption is accelerating, confidence is yet to catch up.A new global report by programmatic media partner MiQ, titled The AI Confidence Curve, reveals a 27-point gap between marketers’ AI usage and their confidence in applying it effectively. The study shows that while 72% of marketers plan to expand their use of AI in the next 12 months, only 45% feel confident in their ability to use it successfully.In India, 79% of marketers plan to use AI more over the next year, and 72% already leverage AI tools in some or all projects. However, just 46% feel confident in their teams’ ability to optimize performance against KPIs — underlining the readiness gap seen globally.The report, based on responses from 3,169 marketers across 16 countries, highlights an industry eager to embrace innovation but still in the early stages of integrating AI into scalable, measurable practice. “We discovered that most marketers are bunched together at the early stages of a confidence curve,” said Jordan Bitterman, Chief Marketing Officer at MiQ. “We’re at the start of a journey that will ultimately see us all move up the curve as we apply AI to more of our mission-critical work. Usage currently outpaces readiness by 27 percentage points, and we see that as pure opportunity.
