`இதைவிட கொடுப்பினை வேறு என்ன இருக்க முடியும் ?’ கடலூர் மாவட்டம், வடலூரில் அமைந்திருக்கும் வள்ளலாரின் சத்தியஞான சபையில், ஆண்டுதோறும் தைப்பூசத் திருவிழா வெகு விமரிசையாக நடைபெறும். அன்றைய தினம் உலகம் முழுக்க இருக்கும் வள்ளலாரின் பக்தர்கள் வடலூருக்கு வந்து, ஏழு திரைகள் நீக்கிக் காட்டப்படும் ஜோதியை தரிசித்துச் செல்வார்கள். அன்றைய தினம் வரும் அனைத்து பக்தர்களுக்கும் அங்கு அன்னதானம் வழங்கப்படும். அதற்காக கடந்த 25 ஆண்டுகளாக அரிசியையும் காய்கறியையும் வழங்கி வரும் கடலூர் காய்கறி வியாபாரி பக்கீரான், இந்த ஆண்டு 18,000 கிலோ காய்கறி மற்றும் 100 அரிசி மூட்டைகளை சத்தியஞான சபைக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்திருக்கிறார். வள்ளலார் 155 வது ஜோதி தரிசன விழா இதுகுறித்து பக்கீரானிடம் பேசியபோது, ``அது 2001-ம் ஆண்டு என்று நினைக்கிறேன். வள்ளலாரின் தீவிர பக்தரான என்னுடைய நண்பர் சிவபெருமாள், `நீங்க ரொம்ப கஷ்டப்படறீங்க. தைப்பூசத்திற்கு சத்தியஞான சபைக்கு 5 மூட்டை அரிசி வாங்கிக் கொடுங்க. கண்டிப்பாக நீங்க நல்லா இருப்பீங்க' என்று சொன்னார். உடனே 5 மூட்டை அரிசி வாங்கிக் கொடுத்தேன். அவர் சொன்னதைப் போல நான் கஷ்டத்தில் இருந்து மீள்வதற்காக அல்ல. பசித்தவர்களுக்கு சாப்பாடு கொடுப்பதைத் தவிர வேறு கொடுப்பினை என்ன இருக்க முடியும் ? அதற்காக அந்த அரிய வாய்ப்பை நான் பயன்படுத்திக் கொண்டேன். அடுத்த ஆண்டு 10 மூட்டை, அதற்கடுத்த ஆண்டு 25 மூட்டை, அதற்கடுத்த ஆண்டு 50 மூட்டைகள் என எண்ணிக்கையை அதிகரித்துக்கொண்டே வந்தேன். `வள்ளலார் மூட்டிய நெருப்பு மதங்களைக் கடந்து எரியும்..!’ ஆரம்பத்தில் நண்பர் சிவபெருமாள் சொன்னதைப் போல கஷ்டத்தில் இருந்து மீண்டும் விட்டேன். அப்போது சபையில் இருந்து, `நீங்க என்ன வியாபாரம் பண்றீங்க ?' என்று என்னைக் கேட்டபோது, நான் காய்கறி வியாபாரம் செய்வதாகச் சொன்னேன். அதற்கு, `ஐந்து வருஷத்துக்கு தேவையான அரிசி எங்ககிட்ட இருக்குது. அதனால நீங்க காய்கறியை கொடுங்க. மகிழ்ச்சியா ஏத்துக்குவோம்' என்று கேட்டனர். அதையடுத்து கடந்த பத்து ஆண்டுகளாக காய்கறிகளை அனுப்பி வந்தேன். கடந்த ஆண்டு 25 டன் காய்கறிகளை அனுப்பினேன். என்னைப் போல பலரும் தைப்பூசத்திற்கு காய்கறிகளைக் குவித்ததால், இந்த ஆண்டு காய்கறிகளைக் குறைவாக கொடுங்கள் என்று சபையில் கூறினார்கள். சத்தியஞான சபைக்கு ஏற்றப்படும் காய்கறிகள் அதனால் இந்த ஆண்டு 18 டன் காய்கறிகள், 100 மூட்டை அரிசி, 7,000 தண்ணீர் பாட்டில்கள், மளிகைப் பொருட்களை அனுப்பினேன். பசித்தவர்களுக்கு உணவளிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற வள்ளலாரின் கருத்து சாதாரணமானது கிடையாது. பசியின் கொடுமை அதை அனுபவித்தவர்களுக்குதான் தெரியும். பசிக்கு சாதியோ மதமோ தெரியாது. வள்ளலாரின் சிந்தனைக்கும், இந்த சமூகத்திற்கு அவர் காட்டிய வழிக்கும் முன்னால், நான் செய்வது ஒன்றுமே கிடையாது. வள்ளலாரின் பக்தர்கள் நாடு முழுவதும், நாடு கடந்தும் அன்றாடம் லட்சக்கணக்கான மக்களின் பசியைப் போக்கி வருகிறார்கள். அந்த வகையில் வள்ளலார் மூட்டிய நெருப்பு, மதங்களைக் கடந்து இன்னும் பல ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகள் எரியும் என்று நெகிழ்கிறார். வடலூர்: `வள்ளலார் சத்தியஞான சபையில் உருவ வழிபாடு கூடாது!’ – தீர்ப்பை உறுதி செய்த உயர்நீதி மன்றம்

Manufacturing and Infrastructure: Confidence to Invest and Scale For manufacturing-led sectors, the sharp focus on infrastructure and domestic production emerged as a key positive.Sudhanshu Vats, Managing Director of Pidilite Industries, said the Budget reinforces confidence in India’s growth outlook by anchoring it in manufacturing, infrastructure and consumption. The continued push for domestic manufacturing across chemicals, electronics and capital goods, combined with high public capex, is expected to sustain demand across housing, construction and infrastructure-linked industries, directly benefiting building materials and allied ecosystems.Similarly, Mukundan Menon, Managing Director of Voltas Ltd, described the Budget as future-ready, highlighting initiatives such as India Semiconductor Mission 2.0 and the enhanced outlay for electronics components manufacturing. He noted that investments in urban infrastructure, smart cities and housing would create multiplier effects, boosting employment, incomes and demand for energy-efficient appliances.From the automotive sector, Tarun Garg said the Budget builds on GST 2.0 reforms with a long-term roadmap for manufacturing, EV batteries, electronics, MSME empowerment and AI-led growth—positioning India as a globally competitive mobility and manufacturing hub. Consumption, FMCG and Rural Demand FMCG and consumer-facing companies see the Budget as a step toward reviving demand after years of pressure on household spending.Saugata Gupta, MD & CEO of Marico Limited, said the emphasis on agricultural productivity, MSME strengthening and logistics infrastructure will support rural and semi-urban demand while improving supply chain efficiency across Tier-II and Tier-III markets. He also highlighted the role of AI-led initiatives and simplified compliance in enabling inclusive, technology-driven growth.Mayank Shah noted that measures aimed at boosting rural incomes, agriculture and food processing are reassuring for essential consumption categories. Infrastructure development and support for organised retail, he said, will help rebuild consumer confidence and support a steady demand recovery.Rajiv Kumar added that improved credit access, logistics investments and domestic manufacturing support would help stabilise input costs and strengthen the entire FMCG ecosystem, particularly through better last-mile connectivity. Technology, Services and Ease of Doing Business Enterprise and services leaders welcomed reforms aimed at reducing friction and encouraging innovation.Anil G. Verma said the Budget strengthens the foundations of a future-ready economy through infrastructure, logistics, MSME support and technology investments. Measures such as allowing SEZ units to sell domestically, easing tax treatment for cloud and GCC investments, and pushing emerging technologies were seen as positive for enterprise-led growth.Sudhir Sitapati highlighted the decision to allow MAT credit set-off up to 25% under the new tax regime, calling it a meaningful cash-flow improvement that frees capital for reinvestment into growth. Risk Mitigation Unlocks Private Capital A key highlight for the sector is the Infrastructure Risk Guarantee Fund, aimed at de-risking the construction phase and addressing lender apprehensions.Shiv Garg, Director at Forteasia Realty Pvt. Ltd., says the partial credit guarantee mechanism could release billions of rupees locked in dormant assets.
