தமிழரசுக் கட்சிக்குள் புற்றுநோய்போல் பரவியிருக்கும் உட்கட்சி மோதல், பதவி மோகத்தால் ஒருவரை மட்டும் இலக்கு வைத்து செயற்படுகிறது. ஆனால், அதுவே எழுபத்தைந்து வருட பாரம்பரியத்தைக் கொண்ட தமிழரசை அழித்துவிடுமோ என்ற அச்சம் தாயகத்தைவிட புலம்பெயர் மண்ணில்; கவலை தோய்ந்த அச்சத்தை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. இன்று உலகளாவிய ரீதியில் தமிழ் மக்களால் தீவிரமாக அலசப்படும் விடயம் இலங்கை தமிழரசுக் கட்சியின் உள்ளக விவகாரம் அல்லது அதன் எதிர்காலம் பற்றியது. இதன் மையமாக அமைந்திருப்பது சுமந்திரனுக்கும் சிவஞானம் சிறீதரனுக்குமிடையான மோதல் என்றும் சொல்லலாம். எப்பாடுபட்டாவது சிறீதரனை கட்சியிலிருந்து படிப்படியாக அப்புறப்படுத்தி விடவேண்டும். முடியாவிட்டால் இப்போதைக்கு தமிழ்த் தேச விரோதியாக அடையாளம் காட்டி ஓரங்கட்டியாவது விடவேண்டும் என்பதில் சுமந்திரன் தீவிரமாக இருப்பதாக தமிழரசுக் கட்சியின் நீண்டகால ஆதரவாளர்கள் மத்தியில் பேசப்படுகிறது. கட்சியின் மிகமிக மூத்த உறுப்பினரான சி.வி.கே.சிவஞானம் பதில் தலைவராக இருக்கும்வேளையில் பதில் செயலாளராகவுள்ள சுமந்திரன் தம் விருப்பப்படி காரியங்களை ஆற்றுவதாக உள்ளேயும் வெளியேயும் பலர் கருதுகிறார்கள்.. சில விடயங்களை சிவஞானம் அவர்கள் ஏற்றுக் கொண்டாலும் முழுமையாக அவ்வாறில்லையென்று கூறுகிறார். சிறீதரன் மீது சில நடவடிக்கைகள் எடுக்க வேண்டியது தவிர்க்க முடியாது இருப்பதாக தமக்கு நெருக்கமானவர்களிடம் கூறிவரும் சிவஞானம் அவர்கள், தாம் தலைமைப் பொறுப்பில் இருக்கும்வரை சிறீதரனை கட்சியிலிருந்து நீக்க அனுமதிக்கப் போவதில்லையென்றும், தம்மை மீறி இதனை எவராவது செயற்படுத்த முனைந்தால் தமது ஆளுமையை அப்போது தெரிந்து கொள்வார்கள் என்றும் தெரிவித்து வருவதாகவும் நம்பகமான வட்டாரங்கள் மூலம் அறிய முடிகிறது. சில மாதங்களுக்கு முன்னர் கட்சியைச் சேர்ந்த சிலரை அறுவான், குறுக்கால போவான் என்று இவர் கூறியதையும் இப்போது சிலர் நினைவூட்டுகிறார்கள். அதேசமயம், ஒரு காலத்தில் சுமந்திரனும் சிறீதரனும் நெருக்கமான கூட்டாளிகளாக இருந்தபோது சிவஞானத்துக்கு எதிராக இவர்கள் செயற்பட்டதையும் அவர்கள் மறந்துவிடவில்லை. எனினும், கடந்த பொதுத்தேர்தலின்போது வேட்பாளர் பட்டியலில் சிறீதரனின் பெயர் தவிர்க்கப்பட்டிருந்த வேளையில், அவரது பெயரை தீர்மானமாக மொழிந்து இடம்பெறச் செய்தவர் சிவஞானமே என்ற தகவலும் இப்போது வெளிவரத் தொடங்கியுள்ளது. பதில் செயலாளர் சுமந்திரனின் அனைத்துச் செயற்பாடுகளுக்கும் திரு. சிவஞானம் அவர்கள் தலையாட்டியாக இருந்து வருவதான கருத்து இது தொடர்பான பல வட்டாரங்களில் மட்டுமன்றி புலம்பெயர்ந்து வாழும் தமிழர்கள் மத்தியிலும் பரவலாக உள்ளது. தமிழர்களால் நடத்தப்படும் அமெரிக்க ஐரோப்பிய வானொலிகளிலும் தொலைக்காட்சிகளிலும் இடம்பெறும் அரசியல் நிகழ்ச்சிகளில் அண்மைக் காலங்களில் இதனை வெளிப்படையாக அவதானிக்க முடிகிறது. கடந்த வருடம் ஏப்ரல் மாதம் அரசியலமைப்புப் பேரவையில் லஞ்ச ஒழிப்புத் திணைக்களத்துக்கு ஒருவரை தெரிவு செய்யும் விடயத்தில் சிவஞானம் சிறீதரன் அநுர குமர அரசுக்கு ஆதரவாகச் செயற்பட்டதாகவும், அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து எட்டு சந்தர்ப்பங்களில் அவ்வாறே நடந்து கொண்டதாகவும் தமிழரசுக் கட்சி அவர்மீது குற்றஞ்சாட்டியுள்ளது. சிறீதரன் மேற்படி பேரவைக்கு சிறுபான்மைக் கட்சிகளின் பிரதிநிதியாகச் செயற்பட்டாரே தவிர தமிழரசுக் கட்சியினால் நியமிக்கப்பட்டவர் அல்ல. இவர் மீதான குற்றச்சாட்டை சிங்கள மக்களுக்கு அவர் துரோகம் செய்துவிட்டது போலவும், அதனால் அவர் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டுமெனவும் நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் ஆக்ரோசமாகக் குரல் கொடுத்தவர் தயாசிறி ஜெயசேகர.. இவர் மகிந்த ராஜபக்சவின் பொதுஜன பெரமுன கட்சியைச் சேர்ந்தவர். முன்னைய பல அரசாங்கங்களில் கட்சி விட்டு கட்சி மாறி எப்போதும் அமைச்சராகவேயிருந்த ஜி.எல்.பீரிஸின் சட்டக்கல்லாரி மாணவர் இவர். தமது குருவைப் போலவே தயாசிறியும் பல கட்சிகளில் குந்தி எழும்பியவர். இவர் சிறீதரனுக்கு எதிராக நாடாளுமன்றத்தில் சுமத்திய குற்றச்சாட்டுகளை வரிக்கு வரி சொல்லிக் கொடுத்தவர் மட்டக்களப்பைச் சேர்ந்த தமிழரசுக் கட்சியின் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் என்பது பகிரங்கமாகியுள்ளது. இவ்வாறான ஒரு கேவல நிலைக்கு தமி;ழரசுச் கட்சியின் நிகழ்காலம் மாறியுள்ளது. சுமந்திரனின் விருப்பத்தை நிறைவேற்ற மட்டக்களப்பின் நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் ஒருவர் குருநாகல் மாவட்ட எம்.பியான தயாசிறியை நாடியுள்ளார் என்றால், எழுபத்தைந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்னர் தமிழ் அரசு என்ற பெயரில் தந்தை செல்வாவால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட கட்சி இன்று இந்தத் தடத்தில் பயணிக்கிறது என்பதை புரிந்து கொள்ள முடியும். இந்தக் குறுநாடகத்தை நிரூபிப்பது போன்று சில நாட்களுக்கு முன்னர் அறிக்கை ஒன்று ஆங்கிலத்திலும் தமிழிலும் வெளிவந்துள்ளது. அமெரிக்காவின் நியுயோர்க்கை தளமாகக் கொண்ட ஷதமிழ் டயஸ்பரா நியூஸ்| இதனை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. அந்த அறிக்கையின் ஒரு பகுதியை காலத்தின் தேவை கருதி இன்றைய பத்தியில் இணைப்பதை அவசியமெனக் கருதுகிறேன். அது பின்வருமாறு உள்ளது: 'இலங்கைத் தமிழரசுக் கட்சி வேண்டுமென்றே ஆபத்தான உள்நாட்டு நெருக்கடியை எதிர்கொள்கிறது -
