காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் முக்கிய ஆங்கில முகமாக, சமூக வலைத்தளங்களில் பிரபலமான அரசியல் தலைவராக உள்ள தலைவர். 2022 ஆம் ஆண்டு ராகுல் காந்தி தனது கட்சி தலைமை பதவியை விட்டு வெளியேறிய போது அந்த தலைமை பதவிக்கு சோனியா காந்தி, ராகுல் காந்தியால் முன்மொழியப்பட்டவரே தற்போதைய காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர் மல்லிகார்ஜுன கார்கே. இதனை எதிர்த்து போட்டியிட்டவர் யார்  என்றால் கேரள மாநிலத்தைச் சார்ந்த சசி தரூர் தான் . 1950 முதல் 1980 வரை  காங்கிரஸை எதிர்ப்பதும் ஆதரிப்பதுமே  இந்திய அரசியலாய் இருந்தது . ஆனால் 2014 க்கு பின் பாஜக எதிர்ப்பும் ஆதரவும் தான்  இந்திய அரசியல் இன்று மாறி உள்ளது. இதனை சரியாக பிற்காலத்தில் புரிந்துகொண்டு ராகுல் காந்தி பாஜகவின் கொள்கை பீடமான RSS யும் அதன் கொள்கைகளையும் சவர்க்கர் போன்ற தலைவர்களையும் எதிர்த்து அரசியல் செய்ய ஆரம்பித்தார். ராகுல் காந்தியுடன் சசி தரூர் சுதந்திரம் முதல் ``Soft Hindutuva’’ கட்சியாக கருதப்பட்ட காங்கிரஸ் தனது வாக்காளர்களை  ”தீவிர  Hindutuva”  கட்சியான பாஜகவிடம் படிப்படியாக இழந்தது. ராகுல் காங்கிரஸை ஒடுக்கப்பட்ட பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட பட்டியலின பழங்குடியின சிறுபான்மையினரின் கட்சியாக வும்  குரலற்றவர்களின் குரலாக  மாற்ற பல்வேறு அரசியல் நடவடிக்கை எடுத்து வருகிறார். இடஒதுக்கீடு, சாதிவாரி கணக்கெடுப்பு , அதிகாரப் பங்கீடு  போன்றவை காங்கிரஸ் எதிர்த்து கொள்கைகள் ஆனால் தற்பொழுது தனது நிலைப்பாட்டில் மாற்றத்தை பெற்றுள்ளது. முன்னேறி செல்லும் தலைவரின் காலை பிடித்து இழுக்கும் செயலை செய்கின்றனர் மூத்த காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர்கள். இவர்கள் காங்கிரஸில் உள்ள பாஜக-காரர்களாய் உள்ளார்கள். பாஜக RSS - சின்  அரசியலை Soft Hindutuva முகம் கொண்டு அரசியல் செய்தால் அது பாஜகவுக்கே சாதகமாக அமையும் . பாஜக அரசியலுக்கு நேர் எதிரான  இடதுசாரி அரசியலே சரியானதாய் அமையும் என்று ராகுல் காந்தி செயல்பட்டு கொண்டிருக்கிறார். முன்னேறி செல்லும் தலைவரின் காலை பிடித்து இழுக்கும் செயலை செய்கின்றனர் மூத்த காங்கிரஸ் தலைவர்கள். இவர்கள் காங்கிரஸில் உள்ள பாஜக-காரர்களாய் உள்ளார்கள். சசி தரூர்  போன்ற தலைவர்கள் பாஜக தலைமைக்கு மிக நெருக்கமாகவும் அவர்கள் கொள்கையை ஏற்றுக் கொள்பவராகவும் இருக்கின்றனர். சசி தரூர் தன்னை ஒரு பெருமைக்குரிய இந்துவாகவே அடையாளப்படுத்திக் கொள்கிறார். ராகுல் காந்தி - மல்லிகர்ஜுன கார்கே ராகுலின் இடத்திற்கு தான் வர வேண்டும் என்று பல்வேறு நடவடிக்கைகளை எடுக்கிறார். மோடி அரசால் Operation Sindoor பற்றி  விளக்க அமைக்கப்பட்ட தூது குழுக்களில் காங்கிரசின் விருப்பமின்றி தேர்வு செய்யப்படுகிறார். சமீபத்தில் ரஷ்யா அதிபர்  புதின் இந்திய வருகை தந்த போது காங்கிரஸ் சார்பாக காங்கிரஸின் விருப்பம் இன்றி சந்திக்கிறார். கேரளா உள்ளாட்சி தேர்தலில் திருவனந்தபுரத்தில் பாஜக வெற்றி பெற்றால் அதை மறைமுகமாக கொண்டாடுகிறார். ஆப்ரேஷன் சிந்தூர் பற்றி சிலாகித்து எழுதி மோடி அரசுக்கு பாராட்டு மடல் அனுப்புகிறார். எதிர்க்கட்சித் தலைவர் ராகுல் மோடி அரசு இந்திய பொருளாதரத்தை சீரழித்து விட்டது என்று கருத்து கூறினால் இல்லை இல்லை அப்படி சொல்ல கூடாது என்று தனது கட்சியின் தலைவருக்கு எதிர் கருத்து தெரிவிக்கிறார். இவ்வளவு நடந்தும் கட்சியிலே தொடர்கிறார். நடவடிக்கையும் எடுக்க முடியவில்லை. இந்த மாதிரியான தலைவர்கள் காங்கிரஸின் ஒவ்வொரு மாநில பொறுப்புகளிலும்  இருக்கிறார்கள். 2019 - ல் பொருளாதாரத்தில் அடிப்படையில் ஆதரித்தனர். 2024 -ல்  அயோத்தியில் ராமர் கோயில் கட்டும்  நிகழ்வையும் ஆதரித்தனர் . இந்த மாதிரியான சரியான கொள்கை இல்லாத நிலைப்பாடுகள் பாஜகவிற்கு சாதகமாக அமைகிறது. காங்கிரஸ் தற்பொழுது கொள்கை தெளிவு இல்லாமல் இருக்கிறதோ என்ற கேள்விதான் எழுகிறது. திமுக , திராவிட கழகம் போன்ற அமைப்பின் கொள்கைகள் நேரடியாக பாஜகவின் கொள்கைக்கு எதிராக உள்ளதால் அவர்களின் அரசியலை சரியாக எதிர்க்க முடிகிறது . ஆனால்  காங்கிரஸால் அந்த கொள்கை தெளிவை சரியாக கடத்த முடியவில்லை என்றே தோன்றுகிறது.  பாஜக வலுவாக உள்ள வட மாநிலங்களிலே அகிலேஷ் யாதவின் சமாஜ்வாதி போன்ற மாநில கட்சிகள் வெற்றியைப் பெறுகின்றனர் . ஏனெனில் அவர்கள் அந்த தலைமையின் கீழ் கட்டுப்பட்டு உள்ளனர் . ஆனால் காங்கிரசிலோ அதனைப் பார்க்கவே முடியவில்லை.  வலதுசாரி கொள்கை கொண்டவர்கள் இந்தியாவின் இரண்டு பெரிய கட்சிகளுமே தீவீர இந்துத்துவா Soft இந்துத்துவா  கட்சிகளாகவே இருக்க வேண்டும் என்று விரும்புகின்றனர் . அதனாலேயே சசி தரூர்  போன்ற தலைவர்களை ஆதரித்தும் புகழ்ந்தும் வருகின்றனர் . இது அவர்கள் சுயநலத்திற்காகவே அன்றி நாட்டின் எதிர்காலத்திற்காக அல்ல. ராகுல் காந்தி - காங்கிரஸ் பாஜகவையும் RSS யும் எதிர்க்க தமிழ்நாட்டின் வழிமுறையே சிறந்தது. அதுமட்டுமின்றி,பாஜக ஆட்சியை அகற்ற வேண்டும் என்று கூட்டணி கட்சித் தலைவர்கள் பேசும் அளவிற்கு கூட காங்கிரசின் இரண்டாம் கட்ட தலைவர்கள் பேசுவது கிடையாது. பாஜகவை அகற்றி ஆக வேண்டும் என்ற உந்துதலே  இல்லாமல் இருக்கின்றனர். இப்படிப்பட்ட தலைவர்களை வைத்துக்கொண்டு பாஜகவை எப்படி வீழ்த்த முடியும். சசி தரூரின் வளர்ச்சி பிடிக்கவில்லை என்று தோன்றலாம் ஆனால் அவரின் வளர்ச்சி காங்கிரஸை இந்துத்துவா மயமாக்குவதாகவும் பின்னோக்கி கூட்டி செல்வதாகவே உள்ளது. ஆகவே ராகுல் காந்தியும், காங்கிரஸசும் 2029 வெற்றி பெற முக்கிய மாற்றங்களை எடுத்தாக வேண்டிய கட்டாயத்தில் உள்ளனர். 2029 நாடாளுமன்ற தேர்தலில் வெற்றி பெற சரியான முடிவுகளை எடுக்காமல் 2019 - ல் பொருளாதார ரீதியான இட ஒதுக்கிட ஆதரித்தது போல் ஏதாவது முடிவு எடுத்தாலோ இந்துத்துவா அரசியலை தேர்ந்தெடுத்தாலோ அது காங்கிரஸ் கட்சிக்கே ஆபத்தாய் அமையும். வெற்றி தன் வளர்ச்சிக்கு தலையாய் உள்ள தலைகளை! தேர்தல்

யாழில் குடும்பஸ்தரின் உயிரை பறித்த யாழ் தேவி ரயில்
