இஸ்லாமாபாத்தில் பதற்றம் ; வான்பரப்பை மூடிய பாகிஸ்தான்
பாகிஸ்தான் தலைநகர் இஸ்லாமாபாத் வான்பரப்பில் ட்ரோன்கள் ஊடுருவியதாகத் தகவல் வெளியாகியதைத் தொடர்ந்து, இஸ்லாமாபாத் சர்வதேச விமான நிலையம் வெள்ளிக்கிழமை (13) தற்காலிகமாக மூடப்பட்டுள்ளது. தாலிபான் அமைப்பினரால் ட்ரோன் தாக்குதல் நடைபெறக்கூடும் என்ற அச்சுறுத்தலின் பின்னணியில் இந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டதாக வெளிநாட்டு ஊடகங்கள் தெரிவித்துள்ளன. இதனால் பாதுகாப்பு நடவடிக்கைகள் கடுமைப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளதுடன், விமான போக்குவரத்து தற்காலிகமாக நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும் கூறப்படுகிறது.

Mumbai: HealthCare Global Enterprises (HCG), India’s largest dedicated cancer care network, has launched #MirrorsDontLie, a nationwide awareness campaign aimed at encouraging women to regularly check for early signs of breast cancer. Introduced as part of this year’s International Women’s Day theme #GiveToGain, the initiative encourages women to spend a few minutes each month checking for any changes in their breasts and to seek timely medical advice if they notice anything unusual.Built around a simple everyday habit, the campaign encourages women to use the moment they spend in front of a mirror as a reminder to stay aware of changes in their breasts. The initiative aligns with global breast awareness guidance promoted by leading cancer organisations.The campaign will be rolled out across HCG’s network of 24 hospitals in 21 cities across India. It is primarily focused on women between the ages of 30 and 60, a demographic group where early awareness and detection can significantly influence treatment outcomes. “For over 35 years, HCG has focused on helping people detect cancer earlier and treat it better,” said Manu Sankar Das, Chief Marketing Officer, HealthCare Global Enterprises. “This Women’s Day, under the theme #GiveToGain, we want to encourage women to give a few minutes to themselves and gain the advantage of early awareness and timely diagnosis. Chennai: Uniqus Consultech, in partnership with the Indian Venture and Alternate Capital Association (IVCA), has released a new report titled “India IPO & Capital Markets Outlook” at the IVCA Conclave 2026 held in Mumbai. The report offers a comprehensive analysis of India’s evolving capital market landscape, examining the country’s attractiveness as an investment destination, IPO trends, ownership patterns and key regulatory considerations in offer documents.The report was unveiled by Jamil Khatri, Co-Founder and CEO of Uniqus Consultech, and Rajat Tandon, President of the Indian Venture and Alternate Capital Association. The study highlights how India’s capital markets are undergoing a structural transformation driven by strong domestic investor participation, robust fundraising activity and increasing global investor interest.According to the findings, India’s IPO market remained resilient in 2025 despite global market volatility, raising approximately ₹1.76 lakh crore, representing a 10% increase compared to 2024. Of the total proceeds, 63% came from offer for sale (OFS) transactions while 37% were primary issuances.The report also notes a significant shift in market ownership patterns. Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) now hold roughly ₹88 lakh crore in NSE-listed companies, surpassing foreign institutional investors (FIIs), whose holdings stand at around ₹78 lakh crore. Meanwhile, India’s total market capitalisation has nearly doubled from ₹229 lakh crore in July 2021 to ₹477 lakh crore in 2025, reinforcing the country’s position as a $5.2 trillion equity market.The analysis further indicates that companies largely utilised IPO proceeds to strengthen their financial positions and support core business operations. Approximately 32% of funds were allocated toward working capital, 27% toward debt repayment, and 18% toward capital expenditure.The report also points to a robust pipeline for upcoming public offerings. Around 200 draft offer documents have been filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), representing a potential issuance of over ₹1.81 lakh crore. This pipeline is supported by strong domestic liquidity and a relatively stable macroeconomic environment.Commenting on the report, Raghuram K, Partner – Accounting & Reporting Consulting (ARC) at Uniqus Consultech , said, “The findings highlight how India’s capital markets are evolving from being primarily a growth story to becoming a structural valuation story. Strong domestic participation, deepening institutional ownership and a robust IPO pipeline are collectively strengthening the resilience and maturity of India’s equity markets.” Rajat Tandon, President of the Indian Venture and Alternate Capital Association, added , “India’s capital markets are increasingly reflecting the depth and maturity of the country’s alternate capital ecosystem. மகாவலி அதிகாரசபையின் ஆதரவுடனேயே வவுனியா வடக்கு, திரிவச்ச குளம் பகுதியில் பாரிய அளவில் அடர்வனங்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்டதாக சுட்டிக்காட்டிய வன்னிமாவட்ட நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் துரைராசா ரவிகரன், இந்த விவகாரத்தில் மகாவலி அதிகாரசபைக்கு மரணதண்டனை வழங்க நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்படவேண்டுமென விவசாயம், கால்நடை வளங்கள், நீர்ப்பாசனம் மற்றும் காணி அமைச்சர் கே.டி.லால்காந்தவிடம் வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளார். வவுனியா மாவட்டசெயலகத்தில் இடம்பெற்ற விவசாயம், கால்நடை வளங்கள், நீர்ப்பாசனம் மற்றும் காணி அமைச்சர் தலைமையிலான விசேட மாவட்ட ஒருங்கிணைப்புக்குழுக் கூட்டத்திலேயே நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர் மேற்கண்டவாறு தெரிவித்துள்ளார். மேலும் கருத்துத் தெரிவிக்கையில், வவுனியா வடக்கு பிரசேசெயலாளர் பிரிவிலுள்ள திரிவச்ச குளம் என்னும் இடத்தில் பெரும்பான்மை இனத்தவர்களால் சட்டவிரோதமாக பாரிய அளவில் அடர்வனங்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்டன. இலங்கையின் சட்டத்தின்படி காடுகளை அழிப்பதெனில் உரிய அனுமதிகளைப் பெறப்படவேண்டும். ஆனால். திரிவச்சகுளம் பகுதியில் அனுமதிகள் எவையும் பெறப்படாமல் 600 ஏக்கருக்கும் மேற்பட்ட அடர்வனங்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்டன. மகாவலி அதிகாரசபை தனது ஆளுகைக்குட்பட்ட இடம் என உரிமைகோரும் பகுதியிலேயே இவ்வாறு காடுகள் அழிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. மகாவலி அதிகாரசபையின் ஆதரவோடுதான் திரிவச்சகுளம் பகுதியில் இவ்வாறு அடர்வனங்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. ஆனால் தமிழ் மக்கள் மண்வெட்டிப்பிடி வெட்டும்போது,காடழிப்பில் ஈடுபட்டார் என்ற குற்றச்சாட்டில் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு நான்குவருடங்கள் நீதிமன்றில் வழக்கு இடம்பெற்ற சம்பவங்களும் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளன. ஆனால் இங்கு பாரிய அளவில் அடர்வனங்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இருப்பினும் இத்தகைய பாரிய சட்டவிரோத செயற்பாட்டில் ஈடுபட்டவர்களுக்கு இதுவரை எவ்வித சட்ட நடவடிக்கைகளும் மேற்கொள்ளப்படவில்லை. அத்தோடு இவ்வாறு அடர்வனங்கள் அழிக்கப்பட்ட பகுதிக்கு அருகே உள்ள தமிழ்மக்களின் பூர்வீக திரிவச்சகுளத்தின் கீழான வயல்நிலங்களை பெரும்பான்மை இனத்தவர்கள் பத்துப்பேருக்கு ஒப்பந்த அடிப்படையில் குத்தகைக்கு பகிர்ந்தளிக்கும் அத்துமீறல் செயற்பாட்டிலும் மகாவலி அதிகாரசபை ஈடுபட்டிருந்தது. அதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக குறித்த தமிழ் மக்களின் பூர்வீக திரிவச்சகுளம் வயல் நிலங்களுக்கு அருகாகவுள்ள பாரிய அடர்வனங்களும் மகாவலி அதிகாரசபையின் துணையுடன் பெரும்பான்மை இனத்தவர்களால் சட்டவிரோதமாக அழிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இந்த சட்டவிரோத காடழிப்புச் செயற்பாடு தொடர்பில் நான் நேரடியாகப் பார்வையிட்டதுடன், குறித்த சட்டவிரோத காடழிப்புச் செயற்பாட்டில் ஈடுபட்டவர்களுக்கெதிராக கடுமையான நடவடிக்கைகளை மேற்கொள்ளுமாறு மகாவலி அதிகாரசபையிடம் வலியுறுத்தியிருந்தேன். ஆனால் அங்கு சட்டவிரோதமாக காடழிப்புச் செயற்பாட்டில் ஈடுபட்ட பெரும்பான்மை இனத்தவர்களுக்கெதிராக இதுவரை எவ்வித சட்ட நடவடிக்கைகளும் மேற்கொள்ளப்படவில்லை. சட்டவிரோத செயற்பாட்டில் யார் ஈடுபட்டாலும் அவர்களுக்கெதிராக மிகக் கடுமையான சட்டநடவடிககை எடுக்கப்படவேண்டும். இந்தவிடயத்தில் மகாவலி அதிகாரசபை பாரிய சட்டவிரோத செயற்பாட்டிற்கு ஆதரவாகச் செயற்பட்டிருக்கின்றது. எனவே அமைச்சர் லால்காந்த இவ்வாறு சட்டவிரோத காடழிப்புச் செயற்பாட்டிற்கு ஆதரவாகச் செயற்பட்ட மகாவலி அதிகாரசபைக்கு கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவேண்டும். இந்த விடயத்தில் தற்போதய அரசாங்கம் நியாயமான முறையில் செயற்படுமெனவும், உரியவர்களுக்கு எதிராக சட்டநடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளுமெனவும் நாம் எதிர்பார்க்கின்றோம். இந்த விடயத்தில் மகாவலி அதிகாரசபை மரணதண்டனைக்குரிய பாரிய குற்றச்செயலைச் செய்துள்ளது. பாரிய மரங்கள், பாரிய அளவில் அழிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. அவ்வாறு காடழிப்புச் செயற்பாடுகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டமைக்கான ஆதாரங்களும் எம்மிடமுள்ளன.எனவே இந்தவிடயத்தில் மகாவலி அதிகாரசபைக்கு மரணதண்டனை வழங்கப்படவேண்டும் - என்றார்.
