டெல்லி போலீஸில் சிறப்பு ஆயுத பிரிவில் பணியாற்றி வந்தவர் காஜல் செளதரி(27). இவருக்கு கடந்த 2023ம் ஆண்டு அன்குர் என்பவருடன் திருமணம் நடந்தது. இத்தம்பதிக்கு ஒரு மகன் இருக்கிறார். அதோடு காஜல் இப்போது 3 மாதம் கர்ப்பமாக இருந்தார். அன்குர் பாதுகாப்புத்துறையில் க்ளார்க்காக இருந்து வருகிறார். இருவரும் கல்லூரியில் படித்தபோது காதலித்து வந்தனர். அவர்கள் இருவருக்கும் திருமணமான நாளில் இருந்து அடிக்கடி கணவன் வீட்டார் வரதட்சணை கேட்டு காஜலை சித்ரவதை செய்து வந்தனர். திருமணத்தின் போது நகை, பணம் கொடுத்தபோதும் அது போதாது என்று கேட்டு மேற்கொண்டு பணம் கேட்டு சித்ரவதை செய்து வந்தனர். இதில் உடற்பயிற்சிக்காக எடை தூக்கி பயிற்சி எடுக்க பயன்படும் டம்பாலால் அன்குர் தனது மனைவியின் தலையில் அடித்து கொலை செய்துள்ளார். இது தொடர்பாக அன்குர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார். இது குறித்து காஜல் சகோதரர் நிகில் கூறுகையில், ``கடந்த 22ம் தேதி காஜல் கணவர் அன்குர் போன் செய்து, உங்களது சகோதரிக்கு புரிய வையுங்கள் என்று தெரிவித்தார். உடனே நான் அவரிடம் சற்று அமைதியாக இருங்கள் என்று கூறிவிட்டு எனது சகோதரி காஜலுக்கு போன் செய்தேன். உங்களது சகோதரியை கொலை செய்கிறேன் பொதுவாக காஜல் வீட்டில் நடக்கும் எதையும் எங்களது குடும்பத்தோடு பகிர்ந்து கொள்ள மாட்டார். ஆனால் அன்றைய தினம் வீட்டில் என்ன நடந்தது என்பது குறித்து என்னிடம் போனில் தெரிவித்துக்கொண்டிருந்தார். அந்நேரம் அன்குர் தனது மனைவியிடமிருந்து கோபத்தில் போனை பிடுங்கி என்னிடம் பேசினார். அன்குர் என்னிடம், இந்த சத்தத்தை பதிவு செய்து வைத்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள். அது உங்களுக்கு சாட்சிக்கு உதவும். உங்களது சகோதரியை கொலை செய்கிறேன். போலீஸாரால் எதுவும் செய்ய முடியாது என்று தெரிவித்தார். அதன் பிறகு காஜல் கதறும் சத்தம் கேட்டது. சிறிது நேரத்தில் போனும் ஆப்பாகிவிட்டது. அடுத்த சில நிமிடங்களில் அனுகுர் போன் செய்து உங்களது சகோதரி இறந்துவிட்டார். மருத்துவமனைக்கு வாருங்கள் என்று கூறிவிட்டு போனை வைத்துவிட்டார். நாங்கள் மருத்துவமனைக்கு விரைந்தோம். அங்கு எதிரியைக்கூட இது போன்று யாரும் கொலை செய்யமாட்டார்கள். அந்த அளவுக்கு மோசமாக அடித்திருந்தனர். தலையில் பின்னால் இருந்து டம்ப்பாலால் அடித்து இருந்தனர். எனது சகோதரி உடம்பு முழுக்க காயம் இருந்தது. 5 நாள் சிகிச்சைக்கு பிறகு இறந்துவிட்டார்''என்றார். காஜல் தந்தை ராகேஷ் இது குறித்து கூறுகையில்,''திருமணத்தின் போது விலையுயர்ந்த பொருட்களை வாங்கி கொடுத்தோம். புல்லட், தங்க நகைகள், பணம் கொடுத்தோம். அப்படி இருந்தும் வேறு யாரையாவது திருமணம் செய்திருந்தால் கார் கிடைத்திருக்கும் என்று அன்குர் வீட்டில் உள்ளவர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர். அதனால் எனது மகள் காரையும் ஏற்பாடு செய்து கொடுத்தாள். அப்படி இருந்தும் சித்ரவதை குறையவில்லை. எங்களது மகளிடம் சுதந்திரமாக பேசக்கூட முடியாமல் இருந்தது. வேலைக்கு சென்று வந்த பிறகு வீட்டு வேலைகள் அனைத்தையும் எனது மகளிடம் செய்ய சொன்னார்கள். கர்ப்பமாக இருந்தபோதிலும், துணி துவைப்பது, சமைப்பது, பாத்திரம் கழுவது என அனைத்து வேலைகளையும் செய்ய சொன்னார்கள்'' என்றார். கடந்த 5 மாதத்திற்கு முன்பு ஒரு முறை இதே போன்று காஜலை அவரது கணவர் அடித்துள்ளார். அந்நேரம் நிகில் அங்கு சென்று தனது சகோதரியிடம்,உனக்கு எப்போது வீட்டுக்கு வரவேண்டும் என்று நினைக்கிறாயோ அப்போது வந்துவிடு என்று சொல்லிவிட்டு வந்திருக்கிறார். திருமணம் முடிந்த பிறகு அவர்கள் ஹரியானாவில் தங்கி இருந்தனர். அங்கு அடிக்கடி தகராறு ஏற்பட்டதால் தம்பதி டெல்லியில் வீடு வாடகைக்கு எடுத்து வந்து தங்கி இருந்தனர். காஜலும், அன்குரும் கல்லூரியில் ஒன்றாக படித்தனர். அப்போது அவர்களுக்குள் காதல் ஏற்பட்டது.

சென்னை அடையாறு இந்திரா நகர், 1வது அவென்யூவில் உள்ள பைக் ஷோரூம் அருகில் கிடந்த சாக்கு மூட்டையிலிருந்து ரத்தம் வழிவதாக அடையாறு போலீஸாருக்கு கடந்த 26-ம் தேதி தகவல் கிடைத்தது. உடனடியாக சம்பவ இடத்துக்குச் சென்ற போலீஸார், சாக்கு மூட்டையைப் பிரித்து பார்த்தபோது அதில் தலையில் வெட்டு காயங்களுடன் இளைஞரின் சடலம் இருந்தது. உடனடியாக சடலத்தை பிரேத பரிசோதனைக்காக ராயப்பேட்டை அரசு மருத்துவமனைக்கு அனுப்பி வைத்து கொலை செய்யப்பட்ட இளைஞர் யார் என்று போலீஸார் விசாரித்தனர். விசாரணையில், கொலை செய்யப்பட்டவர், பீகார் மாநிலம், ஷேக்பூரா மாவட்டம், பத்தியாபரைச் சேர்ந்த கௌரவ்குமார் என்று தெரியவந்தது. மேலும், அவர் வேலைத் தேடி தன்னுடைய மனைவி முனிதா, 2 வயது மகனுடன் சென்னைக்கு வந்த தகவலும் கிடைத்தது. குப்பை கிடங்கில் தேடப்படும் சடலம் இதையடுத்து கௌரவ்குமாரை கொலை செய்தது யாரென்று விசாரித்தபோது பீகார் மாநிலம், நாளந்தா மாவட்டம், அலிப்பூரைச் சேர்ந்த சத்யேந்தர் (எ) சந்தோஷ்குமார் (30) எனத் தெரியவந்தது. இவர், கோட்டூர்புரத்திலுள்ள Institute of Chemical Technology கல்லூரியில் செக்யூரிட்டியாக வேலை செய்வது தெரிந்தது. உடனடியாக சத்யேந்தரைப் பிடித்து விசாரித்தபோது கௌரவ்குமார் மட்டுமல்ல அவரின் மனைவி, குழந்தையையும் கொலை செய்த தகவலைத் தெரிவித்தார். அதோடு இந்தக் கொலையில் பீகார் மாநிலத்தைச் சேர்ந்த லலித் யாதவ் (40), பீகார் மாநிலம், பாட்னா மாவட்டம் பக்தியார்புரைச் சேர்ந்த விகாஷ் குமார் (24) ஆகியோருக்கு தொடர்பு இருப்பது தெரியவந்தது. அதனால் மூன்று பேரையும் போலீஸார் கைது செய்தனர். அவர்களிடம் விசாரித்தபோது திடுக்கிடும் தகவல்கள் வெளியாகின. இதுகுறித்து போலீஸார் கூறுகையில், ``பீகாரைச் சேர்ந்த கௌரவ்குமார் மனைவி, குழந்தையோடு வேலைத் தேடி சென்னை வந்திருக்கிறார். அப்போது அவருக்கு ஏற்கெனவே அறிமுகமான சத்யேந்தரிடம் வேலைக் கேட்டிருக்கிறார். 24-ம் தேதி கௌரவ்குமார், அவரின் குடும்பத்தினரை தான் வேலைப்பார்க்கும் இடத்திலேயே சத்யேந்தர் தங்க வைத்திருக்கிறார். சத்யேந்தர் வேலைப்பார்க்கும் கல்லூரியில் இரவு நேர செக்யூரிட்டியாக லலித்யாதவ் வேலைப்பார்த்து வருகிறார். இதையடுத்து 24-ம் தேதி இரவு சத்யேந்தர், லலித்யாதவ், இவர்களின் நண்பர் விகாஷ்குமார் ஆகியோர் கௌரவ்குமார் தங்கியிருந்த நான்காவது தளத்தில் மது அருந்தியிருக்கிறார்கள். அப்போது அவர்களுக்கிடையே ஏற்பட்ட தகராறில், சத்யேந்தர், லலித் யாதவ், விகாஷ்குமார் ஆகிய மூன்று பேரும் சேர்ந்து கௌரவ்குமார், அவரின் மனைவி , குழந்தை ஆகியோரை கை மற்றும் இரும்பு ராடால் தாக்கி கொலை செய்திருக்கிறார்கள். முனிதாவின் சடலத்தை குப்பை கிடங்கில் தேடும் போலீஸ் பின்னர் அன்று இரவே சடலங்களை, சாக்கு மூட்டைகளில் கட்டி வெவ்வேறு இடங்களில் வீசிச் சென்றிருக்கிறார்கள். இதில் கௌரவ்குமாரின் சடலம் சாலையில் கிடந்ததால் அதை வைத்து துப்பு துலக்கி கொலையாளிகளை கைது செய்திருக்கிறோம். குழந்தையின் சடலம் தரமணி ரயில்வே நிலைய பகுதியிலிருந்து மீட்டுள்ளோம். கௌரவ்குமாரின் மனைவி முனிதாவின் சடலத்தை பெருங்குடி குப்பை கிடங்கில் நிர்வாண நிலையில் கண்டுப்பிடித்திருக்கிறோம். வேலைத் தேடி வந்த கௌரவ்குமார், அவரின் குடும்பத்தினரை எதற்காக கொலை செய்தீர்கள் என கைதானவர்களிடம் விசாரித்தால் ஒவ்வொருவரும் ஒரு தகவல்களைக் கூறி குழப்புகிறார்கள். அதனால் கொலைக்கான காரணம் இதுவரை தெரியவில்லை. இந்த வழக்கில் விரைவில் குற்றப்பத்திரிகை தாக்கல் செய்து, அதிகபட்ச தண்டனையைப் பெற்று கொடுக்கப்படும் என்றனர். இந்த வழக்கில் கொலைக்கான காரணம் குறித்து மீடியாக்களில் சில தகவல்கள் வெளிவந்தன. ஆனால் அந்தத் தகவல்களில் உண்மையில்லை என போலீஸ் உயரதிகாரிகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றனர். கௌரவ்குமாரின் மனைவி பாலியல் தொல்லைக்குள்ளாகினாரா என்ற கேள்விக்கு பதிலளித்த உயரதிகாரிகள், அவரின் சடலம் கிடைத்து பிரேத பரிசோதனை ரிப்போர்ட் கிடைத்த பிறகே பாலியல் குற்றச்சாட்டை உறுதிப்படுத்த முடியும் என தெரிவித்தனர். எனவே கௌரவ்குமார், அவரின் குடும்பத்தினர் கொலைக்கு இதுவரை காரணம் தெரியவில்லை. இந்த கொலை வழக்கில் எந்தவித முடிவுக்கும் வர முடியாமல் போலீஸார் திணறிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறார்கள்.
